Wednesday the 8 th of November(between 12 pm to 2 pm) Gothenburg Parasport Federation, together with “Frösunda” a Disability Assistance Company, will hand you some useful information about Rights and Services in Sweden for Refugees with some sort of disabilities - from a Parasport and civic point of view; we also have half an hour work out/”Pinngympa”, together with Åsa from “Rullegruppen”, she’ll lead us through some exercises that you easily can do at home/your place to increase your life quality/strength

We meet up at 12 pm at our Sport Arena Pjäshallen/Övre Kaserngården 8
